A high-end men’s clothing and lifestyle brand, 2xist wanted a website that could serve as an online ecommerce shop, magazine, blog and hub of all things hot and trendy. The objective was to create a highly interactive marketing site with fast, easy connections to diverse content. A content management system that could handle a large volume of daily updates was required. In addition, the site had to easily integrate with social media and be compatible with mobile devices. Because the site was to be photo-intensive, the client required photo retouching capabilities. Additionally, it was necessary for the marketing portion of the site to integrate seamlessly with the ecommerce capabilities. The web developer was asked to work collaboratively with marketing experts, Identity Tank, and back-end ecommerce provider FDM4.
